Submissions

We welcome submissions and consider everything that comes into the agency.

Due to the volume of manuscripts we receive each week, it can take up to four to six weeks to respond, but we aim to do so more quickly. If you have not heard from us within this time, however, please do get in touch.

We accept submissions for commercial fiction, including general and women's, crime and thriller, young adult and children's fiction.

For fiction, we currently accept only paper submissions. Please send:

A query letter, including a brief biography
A one page synopsis
The first three chapters
A self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of your manuscript

For non-fiction submissions, please send:

A query letter, including a brief biography and why you are 'qualified' to write the book
An outline of your proposal
The first three chapters or writing samples
A self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of your manuscript

Please note that we are not currently taking on new screenwriters, poets or short story writers.
