Cally
Taylor was born in Worcester and currently lives in Brighton. She writes
e-learning Masters degree courses for the London School of Hygiene and Tropical
Medicine and has been writing fiction since 2005.
She was awarded the Runner up prize in the Woman's Own short story
competition in 2006 and won the Helen Mullin Awards and Bank Street
Writers short story competitions in the same year. In 2007 her story "SuperEd"
was a joint winner in the Sedbergh Festival of Books and Drama and was broadcast
of BBC Radio Cumbria. Her stories have been published by Take a
Break Fiction Feast, My Weekly and various literary magazines.
